However, a few brave souls ventured into the Atlantic Terminal's underground bathroom, cautiously checking for safety before entering. The MTA has responded to the audit by committing to better communication with riders about restroom availability and installing toilet seats where needed. They also plan to enhance the bathrooms with new fixtures and fresh coats of paint. Despite these efforts, the subway system's bathrooms still face significant challenges, and commuters continue to seek more comfortable and safe facilities.
